"Warts and all" Audit
If you want the truth - then we spend days and nights with you, watching, observing and interviewing ... we call this our "Warts and all".
Early morning deliveries, how the staff arrive, breakfast buffets, logistics operations, lunch services, dinner functions, overnight cleaning? We see it all.
A scheduled full "Warts and All" AuditThis audit is designed for food businesses that want to know exactly what they are doing right, and more importantly, what they are doing wrong! The audit has one of our trained Food Safety Auditors spending between one and five full days (length depends on the size of the facility) in your kitchens, bars or production areas and the associated food storage and display areas within your facility to identify ALL of the potential issues associated with the way that food and beverages are received, stored, prepared, cooked and served within your food business.
We can also look at any Food Safety Program and associated records that you may have. We spend time watching what happens, we talk to your employees and we see what they do (or not do....). Audits are conducted at the times that your facility operates and includes early mornings, evenings and weekends if required.
Following the audit, a detailed report will be prepared for each kitchen, bar or production area, identifying all of the good food handling practices as well as the non-conformances and areas of concern. The report will also contain recommendations for improvement and be accompanied by photos where applicable.
An overall audit summary will be prepared and the findings discussed with you at the completion of the audit.

Compliance Internal Food Safety Audit
This audit is still thorough and reviews all outlets. We will spend time onsite (including part of the meal service or production where applicable) and review receival, storage, preparation, packaging, and serving of food within your business. We will also look at the Food Safety Program and associated records.
A detailed report will be prepared for each kitchen, bar or production area. Where possible, the reports are finalised during the audit, discussed with appropriate personnel and then emailed to the nominated individuals at the completion of the audit.

Non Conformance Summary Audit
We have some clients that just want to know what is wrong and/ or what needs to be fixed. They assume that if we haven't raised a problem or concern, then what they are doing is compliant. We call this sort of audit a Non Conformance Audit. We still include photos, but the report is formatted to only reference areas of concern.
