The accreditation process involves:
As part of the process, businesses also receive complimentary access to the Coeliac Australia Gluten Free Online Training module for two employees. Once accredited the licence is valid for 12 months and you will be provided with a listing on the Coeliac Australia Accredited Business page.

- A detailed Document Review by a consultant dietitian
- Training of front and back-of-house employees
- Gluten free menu options undergo testing for gluten
- An on-site audit by The Gourmet Guardian (on behalf of Coeliac Australia) before being licensed to use the Trade Mark ‘GF’ symbol
